BakeTechPros is a WHOLESALE company and will only sell to end users if they are a large company generaly with a skilled in-house maintenance staff

We do NOT sell online. All orders must be called in, faxed in or Emailed into our office. This policy is so that we can review that order and provide you with another layer of confirmation that the parts requested are for the correct make and model and work with each other. We do NOT WARRANTY that we will catch any errors, but we have many years of experience that can lend a extra eye.

All parts selected for purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Our technical and customer support team members may suggest parts but it is YOU who you must take the final responsibility on it being the items you wish to order.
